About Us
Board | Staff
It goes without saying that the Board
and Staff of the Hunter Writers Centre are committed to the promotion
of writing by Hunter people of all ages and backgrounds. Some of
us are Newcastle born and bred, while others are more recent arrivals,
but we all share an interest in the cultural development of our
unique region. Our priority is to encourage the community to express
itself via the various forms of written communication, and in the
process nurture local writing to a level of excellence.
